Terms for using NBCA website, player registration, league listing, contact enquiry, and payment services.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NBCA website, player registration forms, contact enquiry forms, affiliated league listings, and payment-related services once online payments are enabled.

Use of Website

  • Users must submit true, accurate, and complete information.
  • Users must not misuse the website, submit false documents, attempt unauthorised admin access, or interfere with the functioning of the platform.
  • NBCA may update website content, league listings, forms, and processes when required.

League Listings

Only authorised NBCA admins can create, edit, publish, unpublish, or delete affiliated league listings. Organisers and public users cannot directly create or publish leagues through the website.

Player Registration

  • Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee acceptance, selection, or participation.
  • Registrations may be reviewed by NBCA or authorised league administrators.
  • NBCA may mark registrations as submitted, pending verification, approved, rejected, or waitlisted.
  • Players are responsible for ensuring that submitted documents and contact details are valid.

Fees and Payments

League registration fees, if applicable, will be shown on the respective league page or registration form. Once Razorpay payment gateway is enabled, payments will be collected securely through the payment gateway. NBCA does not store full payment instrument details on the website.

Contact and Affiliation Enquiries

Submitting a contact or league affiliation enquiry does not grant affiliation or create an official league listing. NBCA will review such enquiries and may contact the sender offline for further process.

Service Delivery

NBCA provides digital registration submission, enquiry handling, league listing, administrative verification, and email confirmation services. No physical product is shipped through this website.

Limitation of Liability

NBCA will make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the website functional, but temporary technical interruptions, form errors, email delays, or hosting issues may occur. Users should contact NBCA if they face any issue with registration or confirmation.

Changes to Terms

NBCA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
