Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy information for registration payments, duplicate payments, failed payments, refunds, and cancellations.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to player registration fees or any other payments collected through the NBCA website after Razorpay or another approved payment gateway is enabled.

Current Payment Note

The current HTML/CSS/JS mailer version is configured for registration submission and email confirmation. Online payment collection can be enabled after the live website, Razorpay account activation, and payment gateway integration are completed.

Registration Cancellation

  • A player may request cancellation by contacting NBCA through the Contact Us page with the registration ID, registered name, mobile number, email address, and payment reference if applicable.
  • Cancellation approval depends on the rules of the respective NBCA-affiliated league and the stage of registration review.
  • Cancellation after verification, selection, fixture preparation, or event commencement may not be eligible for refund unless specifically approved by NBCA.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases such as duplicate payment, technical payment error, failed payment where amount was debited, or cancellation approved by NBCA before the applicable league cut-off timeline.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect or false information submitted by the player.
  • Failure to meet eligibility or document requirements after submission.
  • No-show or voluntary withdrawal after confirmation, unless approved by NBCA.
  • Payments made for a league where refund is not permitted after the stated cut-off date.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails but the amount is debited, the user should contact NBCA with the payment reference. Such cases will be checked against payment gateway records. Duplicate successful payments may be refunded after verification.

Refund Timeline

Once approved by NBCA, refunds will be initiated through the original payment method or as permitted by the payment gateway. Razorpay documentation mentions normal refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days after initiation, though actual bank/card timelines may vary.

No Physical Shipping

NBCA does not sell or ship physical products through this website. Registration confirmation, enquiry confirmation, and payment confirmation are digital services delivered by on-screen confirmation and/or email.
